We send the gift email after your payment is confirmed. Their year waits for them.
Buying the gift does not give you access to their family’s memories. They choose who can contribute or receive chapters.

Before you give
A few good questions.
What will they receive?
An email with your name, your message if you add one, and a private link to start. The gift includes a year of their family text line, weekly chapters, a private memory archive, the first printed chapter, and one annual layflat hardcover. Shipping is included. You get a separate receipt.
Do they need to download an app?
No. They text Tuck from their phone: a photo, a voice note, or the thing their child said at breakfast. Tuck keeps their words and brings the moments back as weekly chapters. Private web links let them review the book and manage their family settings.
When does their year start?
When they finish setup, verify their phone, and choose to activate. Buying the gift or opening the email does not start the clock. They can wait until they are ready. An unused gift keeps its paid value, and we do not send automatic reminders before they start.
What is the first printed chapter?
The beginning of their family book, made from their first 10 moments. It uses the same layflat format, so they can hold the first pages early. Old favorites count too: a baby photo, a birthday, or the story they always tell. There is no deadline to earn this chapter. They review and approve it before printing.
What is included in the annual book?
One 11.7 × 8.3 inch layflat hardcover, with up to 120 pages and shipping included. Their photos, stories, and exact words become pages they review before printing. Their included annual book remains available after the gift year ends.
Will either of us be charged again?
No. You pay once, and they do not need a card to use the gift. The gift does not renew. At the end of the year, they can choose to buy a new plan. They see its price and terms before they decide.
What if the gift is not right for them?
You can request a full refund before activation or within 45 days after they start. If they send their first 10 moments within the first 30 days, that window stays open until at least 7 days after their printed chapter arrives. The refund goes to your original payment method. Anything already printed is theirs to keep. Read the gift guarantee.
Who can see their family memories?
They choose what to send and who can contribute or receive chapters. Buying the gift does not give you access. Tuck does not scan their photo library, and their family content is never used to train AI. Their child’s words stay word for word.
Can I add a message or choose a delivery date?
Yes to a message. Add up to 500 characters when you buy, and check it before payment. We include it in their email and private gift page. The email goes out as soon as payment is confirmed. Scheduled delivery is not available yet, so buy on the day you want to send it.
What if they already use Tuck, or I entered the wrong email?
For an existing Tuck family, contact us before buying so we can check their current plan and books. For an email correction, send us your order reference. We check the gift before replacing the invitation, and the old link stops working. Write to tuck@tuckmoments.com.
