There is no deadline to earn that chapter. Ten moments in month four still count.
Request a full refund within 45 days of your first payment. Send your first 10 moments within your first month (30 days), and the refund window stays open until at least 7 days after your printed chapter arrives. Anything already printed is yours to keep.

When do I earn the annual book?
A successful annual payment earns one book credit. Earned credits do not expire. You choose the memories and approve the proof before the book prints.
What happens if I cancel?
Canceling stops future renewals. Your earned book credit stays available. To request a refund within the refund window, text REFUND to Tuck. Read the full cancellation and refund terms.
Can I start with older memories?
Yes. Choose the photos and notes you want to keep. You do not need an exact date; an unknown or uncertain event date stays clear. Some additions take longer to be ready for a Sunday preview.
