Which book should I choose?
If you’re unsure, choose Layflat. Its pages open completely flat, so one photo can run across both pages. Softcover has a flexible matte cover at the lowest price. Hardcover has traditional binding. Everything else about Tuck is the same on every plan.
Can I change my book later?
Yes. You can move up to a better book any time before your book prints. You pay only the difference for that year.
When will I be charged?
Nothing today. After 14 days, your plan’s yearly price is billed to the card you add at sign-up. We email you a reminder before that charge. Your plan then renews each year unless you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel in your first 14 days and you pay nothing. After that, canceling stops future renewals, and your earned book credit stays available. Read the full cancellation and refund terms.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Every plan includes shipping for your book to an address in the U.S. or Canada, where Tuck works by text.
Can I start with older memories?
Yes. Choose the photos and notes you want to keep. You do not need an exact date; an unknown or uncertain event date stays clear. Some additions take longer to be ready for a Sunday preview.
