The first printed chapter lets you see your own moments in the book.
- Your first 10 moments
- A sentence, a photo with a few words, or an older favourite counts. There is no need to build a full archive before you begin.
- Your first printed chapter
- The first chapter or two of your book ships in the same layflat format. There is no deadline: ten moments in month four still count.
- Your annual family book
- Your year of chapters builds toward the hardcover included in your annual plan. Choose the memories and approve the finished pages before printing.
The refund window starts with your first payment and lasts 45 days. Send your first 10 moments within your first month (30 days), and it stays open until at least 7 days after your printed chapter arrives. Read the full terms.

- Review your pages. Leave a comment for a change, or edit a line yourself.
- The family owner approves the final proof. Then the book is printed and delivered.

Can I include older memories?
Yes. Old favourites can join the story, and they count toward the first ten moments. You do not need an exact date to save them. If a date is unknown, it stays clear.
Can I start at any time of year?
Yes. Your year starts when you join. There is no need to wait for January, a birthday, or a new baby.
