Which photos and memories can Tuck see?
Only the moments you send. Tuck does not ask for access to your photo library or scan it. AI writes your chapters, illustrates moments, and replies in the thread, always from what you chose to send, with your original words kept word for word. Your family’s content is private by default and never used to train AI.
Can I give Tuck as a gift?

When is my book included?
Your year includes one layflat hardcover: you approve it before printing, and shipping is included. And you hold the book early: its first chapter, same layflat, ships after your first 10 moments.
What is the printed chapter?
It’s your book: same layflat, same size, same pages, just the first chapter or two of it, made from your family’s first moments. It ships once your first 10 moments are in, so you hold the beginning of your book early and decide with it in hand. Your first 10 moments can include old favorites. The story you always tell counts. There’s no deadline for the chapter. Ten moments in month four still ships it. The only clock that closes is the 45-day refund window: send your first 10 in your first month and the chapter arrives with time to decide. It’s yours to keep, even if you ask for a refund.
What counts as a moment?
A photo with a few words, a sentence about breakfast, a voice note, or something they said, kept word for word. The thing they said in the backseat counts. That’s the page you can’t retake. Birthday photos and first words count too. Your first 10 become the book’s first printed chapter.
Can I send older memories?
Yes. You never need to upload your history. Tuck starts with the week you’re in. Text an old favorite whenever it surfaces. No exact date is needed. Older memories can return in a Sunday preview when they are ready.
What if I forget to send something?
Tuck can check in with a short text based on your family’s memories. Choose how often, or only send when you want to. There is no need to catch up.
Can other family members contribute?
Yes. Trusted family members can send moments without an app. The family owner controls the final book approval and order.
Do I have to start in January?
No. Start when you like. Your service year starts when you join, and older memories are welcome.
What if I cancel?
Your paid progress stays, and earned books do not expire. Service pauses when payment stops. You can request a full refund within 45 days of your first payment. Send your 10 moments in your first month and you’ll always have at least a week with your printed chapter before the window closes. Anything already printed is yours to keep.
