Frequently asked questions

The short version: Tuck is a private memory line for the funny, sweet, strange, tiny things kids say and do.

What is Tuck?

Tuck is a private AI memory keeper for family micro-moments. Parents send quotes, photos, voice notes, or quick calls, and Tuck preserves the original wording, organizes the memory, and brings the week back as an illustrated chapter of the family’s story.

Is Tuck an app?

No. Tuck is built around a phone number and message thread, with lightweight utility pages only when needed for private settings, billing, archive browsing, or account controls.

What can I send to Tuck?

Text, photos, voice notes, and calls. The product is designed for fragments, not polished journal entries — and if the moment is a video, send a screenshot and a line about what happened.

Does Tuck rewrite what my child said?

No. Exact wording is the point. Tuck can add a clean summary and tags, but the original quote and raw note are preserved separately.

Can more than one person contribute?

Yes. The model is built for parents, partners, grandparents, nannies, and other trusted caregivers to contribute to the same private family memory record.

What does Tuck send back?

Every Sunday, Tuck sends back the week as a written chapter of your family’s story — your kids’ words verbatim, your photos where they belong, and a watercolor illustration, including moments no camera caught. Chapters collect in your private family album, building toward annual recaps, searchable memories, and printable keepsakes like the family book.

Is Tuck public or social?

No. Tuck is private by default. It is not a public feed, social network, or content-sharing app.

How does Tuck handle privacy?

Tuck is designed for sensitive family data: children's names, faces, voices, locations, routines, and emotional moments. The product rules are private-by-default sharing, no ad targeting, no social graph, export and delete controls, and lock-screen-safe outbound messages.

Is Tuck available now?

Yes. Subscribe from the pricing page. Tuck works through a private family text line, with no app to install.

Who makes Tuck?
